Based in Droitwich, he created Copper Valley to bring reliable, professional plumbing and property maintenance services to the local community and surrounding areas.

With over 8 years of hands-on plumbing experience, Luke takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, honest advice and a dependable service. Whether it's a plumbing repair, bathroom maintenance or general property upkeep, every job is approached with the same level of care and attention to detail.

We're a husband-and-wife team, combining practical expertise with a friendly, organised approach. While Luke is out on the tools, Izzy manages enquiries, bookings and customer support behind the scenes. Izzy's career has always been centred around administration and customer service, bringing organisation, communication and a customer-first approach to every aspect of the business. Together, we're building a company that provides a reliable, friendly and professional experience for every customer.
